AFTER YOU'VE ORDERED
Easy Returns
Ordered the wrong item? Or not happy with the product? Simply contact us within 14 days from the day after delivery to return your order.
- Email furnituredirect.ie@gmail.com
- We'll get back to you within 48 hours to authorize the return and arrange collection FOC.
- Once we've received the product back we’ll check it over and then contact you with the next steps.
Please ensure you check the product including colour before assembly as we cannot authorize returns for assembled item or used items.
My product arrived damaged
Please contact us immediately on furnituredirect.ie@gmail.com to report any damage.
It's rare that a product arrives damaged but if it does you can refuse the item at the point of delivery and it will be returned with the driver.
How to report a damaged product:
- Email furnituredirect.ie@gmail.com to create a return request or give us a call
- Send any pictures clearly showing the damage
- We will respond to you within 48 hours to inform you of the next steps
My new product is faulty
We’ll sort it for you. If there are missing parts we can often send them out so you don't need to spend time sending the item back to us, email up on furnituredirect.ie@gmail.com. For anything else just follow the procedure below.
How to return a product to us:
- Request authorization to return by contacting furnituredirect.ie@gmail.com
- We'll arrange to collect the product. You should also make sure the product is securely packaged for the journey. Make sure you include all accessories that arrived with the product.
- Once we've received the product back we'll check it over and then contact you with the next steps.
